Spoke with the customer by phone and explained that I was having a check cut and mailed to the customer We do take care of our customers and do appreciate their business

*** *** was bailed on 9-11-with a Temporary Delivery / Bailment Agreement and was suppose to return on 9-14-to complete the paperwork fo purchase the GMC Pickup Mr*** was referred to us by his sister( ***) who is a good customer of ours Mr *** was called
several times to return the vehicle back to us after he did not come back in on 9-14- He refused to answer his phone The paper tag on the vehicle was issued for days only and was the correct tag for the vehicle We only obtained the vehicle back because Mr *** was arrested and the vehicle was towed on 10-3- We had to pay the storage lot $in towing and storage fees plus someone to tow the vehicle back to us from DaytonTX So at this time Mr *** still owes Smart Choice Auto Group money So Mr*** is not due any refund If you have any questions you may call me at the office *** or my cell phone ***Thank You/
