install itI said yesPrior to doing the job I found out she did not buy the liner from ***I only work on pool or liners purchased from ***At this point I contacted *** (who does not work for viking) to see if he and ***'s could work togetherWhen *** installed the liner he found it was was of inferior quality bought on line and could not complete it to his satisfaction or ***'sAt that point he paid them for the linerThe fact that the fence and some top rails are off make its easier for someone to do, as they have to come off to put in the new liner*** is not going to be of any help as no product was purchased fro them

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # 12149233.
I told [redacted] I was shopping around for liners and have since called them to see who they would recommend and they say Viking pools.  I never once told Viking pools that the liner was purchased from [redacted].  Viking pools never disclosed to me that [redacted] did not work for them.  In fact when [redacted] had a problem he told me he would check with his boss and get back to me.  [redacted] told me he had been working for Viking pools for 6 years, so talk about dishonest it is Viking pools and [redacted].  I was told from initial phone call from [redacted] that he does all the liner installs for [redacted] and never told that he was a seperate company.  Yes [redacted] paid me for the liner but left my yard and pool a mess.  The only person that I ever contacted about the pool was [redacted] at Viking pools starting back in the winter.  [redacted] and [redacted] were never told any lies about where liner came from.  Just want others to not be scammed by Viking Pools.
