We didn't receive any complaints following this... visit. We never had any of the company's guys do any work I would remember and I would have paperwork I have nothing? My address is [redacted] maybe they have me confused with another customer. The problem is no where near the chimney anyway? They never called to schedule an appointment so how would they have patched something on the roof?

Although I did receive a phonecall from Viking, it as several weeks late during which time I continued to get inside damageI do not understand how they can say this is a plumber problem when no one from their company went up on the roof to look at it

[redacted] was informed that her warranty was expired (10 years was up).  Also, [redacted] was informed that she has a plumbing issue (non roofing).  She was informed that she needed to contact a plumber to rectify her problem.

We took a shingle sample from Mr. [redacted]'s roof, and sent to shingle manufacturer for integrity testing. We also went to Mr. [redacted]'s house...

and began the install of the missing shingles from his wall. Install will be complete on 12/23/2014.

I had significant shingle damage to my roof a few months back. I had called the company and requested the damage to be fixed. Due to this occurring within the warranty period they agreed immediately. An employee (Tommy) and his crew arrived within one week from the phone call. They removed the damaged shingles and replaced them with ones that not only appeared to be old but also were a completely different color than the originals. After voicing my complaint with Tommy he agreed to return within one week with the correct shingles. After a few months of phone calls and voice mails the company has yet to handle the matter.
