I am rejecting this response because: This has been a nightmare They have shown very poor business decisions with this Diana's Sewing Barn's repair personBut worst of all they sent it back to them more times (costing me another $for a new motor for the embroidery arm that I'll, now, never know if the original was really bad I feel that I should be reimbursed, from Diana's Sewing Barn for the cleaning and this motor because it went back the third time and still came back not workingThey messed it up right from the start as a cleaningI was charged and paid $for the cleaning (which they messed up) and then the motor at $which came back all messed up SO they didn't clean or fix anythingHopefully this is not a ususal situation and I feel there should have been communications from management I'm not very happy Regards, [redacted]

As previously stated -it is Corporate Policy not to discuss the manner in which customer issues are resolved.

I am rejecting this response because: This has been a nightmare.  They have shown very poor business decisions with this Diana's Sewing Barn's repair person. But worst of all they sent it back to them 2 more times (costing me another $172.00 for a new motor for the embroidery arm that I'll, now, never know if the original was really bad.  I feel that I should be reimbursed, from Diana's Sewing Barn for the cleaning and this motor because it went back the third time and still came back not working. They messed it up right from the start as a cleaning. I was charged and paid  $139.70 for the cleaning (which they messed up) and then the motor at $172.00 which came back all messed up.  SO they didn't clean or fix anything. Hopefully this is not a ususal situation and I feel there should have been communications from management.  I'm not very happy.

Consumer called Revdex.com and said she could not access complaint to respond, but corporate has not resolved her complaint. Someone named Kathy from corporate called her a week ago and said she was going to talk to the tech and would call her back the next day, but she did not do so. Consumer emailed her...

the next day to ask what was going on. (Machine is now at corporate in TN). Consumer has had trouble getting calls returned or emails answered.

Corp Policy prohibits disclosure with regard to resolutions  of customer issues.
