I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to meThe matter seems to be resolved I must state though that I DID NOT refuse to listen Until I turned the problem over to the Revdex.com my bill was still showing a past due amount on both accounts and I was told that there was nothing they could do at Viking and I had to take care of the matter myself After contacting the Revdex.com the date was changed on my bill but I still had to pay the wrong amount for either months or month payment which I did I won't know until the 12th of this month if the monthly payment amount has been corrected but giving them the benefit of the doubt I am assuming it has been Thank you very much for your help in this matter

We have been in contact with both Synchrony Bank an the customer. Initially I was told the correct finance plan for the customer was 48 months equal monthly payments with no interest when paid off within the 48 months. I requestd Synchrony Bank change the fnance plan and they did. As is always the...

case, I was advised by Synchrony Bank that the change does take 1 to 2 billing cycles to show up on he customers statement. When I notified the store of the change, one of the store associates indicated that the correct finance plan is to be 60 months equal monthly payments with no interest when paid off within th 60 months. The store assciate also indicated th customer was called by Synchrony Bank collctions regarding past due.
I contacted Synchrony bank again on behalf of the customer ad requested the finance plan be changed to 60 months. I also inquired regarding any collection activity. The finance plan was changed to 60 months and again Synchrony Bank stated it would take 1 t 2 billing cycles for this to show on the customers statement. The Synchrony Bank representative also stated that there was no collection activity  the customers account, or her daughters account. He stated that neither account were delinquent and neither account had been open long enough to be in collection for anything. Nothing has beeen reported to the credit bureau as neither MS. Popp or her daughter are delinquent or in any kind of default with Synchrony Bank regarding the purchase in the Viking Sewing Gallery store.
This has all been comunicated to the customer. The problem is the customer will not listen to what has been done to correct the issue so she has the correct finance plan and monthly payment she needs.
