This has been paid back she is a scam, she is still requesting more money, even after I have paid her the refund and she has received itShe is now trying to slander business and I will be filling charges for deformation of character along with slAnder charges

I am rejecting this response because:
I do not understand the logic in the slightestI want a copy of the check that was supposedly sent to me, and I want to know what address it was sent toI did not receive a response, I have been belittled, threatened with slander, and insulted by the business on many occasionsI am not willing to settle for anything less than proof of the check and address, or the actual check if the first one was sentWe were very empathetic in the beginning, and understood the personal financial position she was inWe get itIf the check was sent as stated, I need to track down who deposited or cashed it in my name, for fear of identity theft or fraudThe business was able to tell me the exact date that the check was "cashed", but since has been unable to provide either the address or a copy of the checkI do not want to take this to court, but the fact is that I have not received the check; and for my own wellbeing I need to track down said check, if it was ever sent. That is the only information that I will acceptI do not appreciate being bullied, or threatenedI have done absolutely nothing wrongI am sorry you feel so strongly, and I am sure your dogs are great, and your product is awesome; unfortunately, I have been left with a lot to desire with respect to your customer serviceIf the proof is available, please send it -- otherwise please remedy the situation

These ppl are frauduently trying to get more then they put in. I do not refund deposits and had made many options for them to get another pup even in same color from another mom. They claimed that they had to have one from this mom. I then told them that I would refund because they wanted it now but...

that they would need to wait until the funds were made available. They have seens haraassed me and also had friends post on my accounts stating that I was not responding to them. They are very rude and threating. I have blocked them from contacting me on facebook as they are having many friends post and demanding thing. I have kids and animals that need attention too. I am not going to drop everything I am doing to prove things immediately. They want me to go to other towns immediatly. I am sorry if they have zero patients. They knew deposits were not refundable and since have been very aggresive.
