On February 7, Viking Termite & Pest Control was contacted by our client to give a proposal for squirrel removalOur inspector met with the client and sold a service to install live traps to the home on February 9, Over the following month our staff removed squirrels from the home
The cost of the traps and removal of all squirrels from the property was $plus tax for the service agreement periodOn September 6, several months after the original service we were contacted by the client to provide a squirrel removal service againAt this point the original inspector reached an agreement with the client on a new live trapping program for a cost of $plus tax to remove any squirrels during the agreement periodOur technician provided the initial service on September 24, and from that point we had not heard from the client until this disputeOur local Branch Manager contacted the client following receipt of this notification and agreed to credit the $plus tax charge out of good will

Review: Viking failed to remove squirrels from the attic at [redacted]. I paid $963.00 to have the squirrels removed and Viking caught three squirrels and did little else to resolve the issue. I still have squirrels in the attic.

l later researched removal of squirrels on ([redacted] and found that Viking's technique for squirrel removal is ineffective and they were ripping me off by sending people out each time charging me over $450.00 each shot. This article clearly states that [redacted] traps that Viking uses are ineffective and the squirrels would continue to return.

I made plans to call Viking on a particular day to meet them at the property. All the roads in the area were closed due to road repairs and I couldn't get to the house. They decided to show up anyway. They were later told to do nothing until they spoke to me. We discussed another meeting time.

They proceeded to do additional work and have the tenant sign the forms. I did not authorize nor sign for any additional work and refuse to pay.

I finally called a reputable Company that sealed all the openings, set a one way squirrel extruder and after the squirrels were all out of the house, sealed the exit hole for, get this, $508.25.

The cost of the traps and removal of all squirrels from the property was $900 plus tax for the service agreement period. On September 6, 2015 several months after the original service we were contacted by the client to provide a squirrel removal service again. At this point the original inspector reached an agreement with the client on a new live trapping program for a cost of $450 plus tax to remove any squirrels during the agreement period. Our technician provided the initial service on September 24, 2015 and from that point we had not heard from the client until this dispute. Our local Branch Manager contacted the client following receipt of this notification and agreed to credit the $450 plus tax charge out of good will.
