This place is a ripoff! they constantly lie, don't answer phone calls or emails, has absolutely no upper management staff with skills to resolve issues, they didn't deliver as per the signed contract, used a bait and switch approach. They do not do what they say, they do not deliver your belongings as promised, and are an outright terrible company to do business with. It took 81 days to get my furniture and they couldn't even get it to the State we had agreed to in the contract. The move was to go between CA and NC and the best Viking could do was to get the goods to KY, unless I paid them more money. This was a breech of contract.
