the order was delivered to the wrong addressi visited the company and they told me the package was in a container shipped to another country to contact *** so they can ask for the package back since thats the companys policy.3.fedex didnt want to give me any information since I didnt had a code they use in there systemcontacted this company several times explaining the situation and since they have a good relationship with that company to contact them and ask for the package backits been almost weeks and im still waiting for this to be resolvedi send them all the information they ask ( passport ) and its not my fault that *** delivered directly to the docks and not the front office.

Worst customer service ever I talk to that company and they lost the package or didnt want to provime me more information i 
Im trying to talk to there ceo or somebody so I dont lose my money! I'm not responsible if a shipping company doesn't do there job right! I will contact and make complaint in all my available ways I can! And will provide bad feedback to everyone so they dont buy from you.

The client contacted our customer service department to indicate that his package hadn't been received. His order was shipped to [redacted]. The [redacted] tracking number – 7[redacted] - confirmed that it was delivered to the address on the order, which is a freight forwarder – Doral Ocean Freight, located aWe contacted the freight forwarder at the address the client shipped to and they verified the package was delivered and was scheduled to ship to the Dominican Republic at the client’s request. As the shipment was delivered to the address the client listed on their order and the client confirmed that the shipping address on their order was correct, we requested the client visit the address they shipped it to and pick the package up if it wasn’t intended to be forwarded anywhere else. We shipped the order as per the clients requested shipping speed, it was delivered to the address on the order, and the freight forwarder confirmed they had the shipment on site.
