Villa at Windsor Park

I 100% understand the frustration of these homeownersThe problem I have with this complaint is that I would have had their roofs repaired weeks ago but the homeowners decided they wanted me to go after the shingle manufactures warranty for defective shinglesI warned them, this was going to be a
long drawn out process and they were going to have ugly tarps on their roofs until I can get this resolvedEvery time they had questions on what was happening with this claim, I told them what I knewI also reminded them several times that this was not going to be an easy or quick resolveI believe I am very close to having the shingle manufacture pay for these roofs to be repaired and I believe that the monies they will be paying out on the warranties is going to be close to what my cost is going to be to get them all new roofsI will cover any difference out of my pocketI am The only reason I say I believe is because I haven't received the final answer from the manufacture yetI have done everything in a timely manner that the manufacture has requested and am only waiting on the VP to sign off on, which ive been told is only days awayThis whole time I have been working diligently to get this resolved for these homeowners
