I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseHotel Mela is not addressing the my chief complaint.  First, the $65.87 was not charged AGAIN right after my departure, it was four days later.  And it required my calling the hotel AGAIN to have it adjusted.  However, since that was recharged, it allowed me to find out what was really going on.  What Hotel Mela is not addressing is that there was a HUGE error or criminal issue with an employee who allowed another guest to sign MY registration card, forging my name.  Then two hours after I checked in, this mysterious guest in room 405 (according to my receipt) ordered a three course meal (totaling $65.87) on my charge card and again forged my name.  I was staying in room 1409, not 405.  When attempting to rectify this situation with the hotel, I was told by the manager that they had no record of anyone in room 405, nor did they have a record of a sign in card with my REAL signature.  I provided them with my WI driver's license to prove that signature was not mine. She did, however, tell me that they had "addressed the problem" with regards to how my signature was falsified. This led me to believe it was an employee issue. The manager, Melinda, and I appeared to working the fraud out, but then she stopped emailing me.  I attempted contact with her multiple times, but she never responded to my requests for resolution.  I finally get this response after reaching out to the Revdex.com for assistance.   I have had to cancel cards and spend time dealing with this issue.  I do not think it would be right to accept their offer without them explaining what they have done to ensure fraudulent activity like this does not happen again.**Attached is the ONLY registration card and room service receipt Hotel Mela has provided to me.  That is NOT MY SIGNATURE on either of those papers.Thank you for your time.
