Review: I have 2 identical 2012 Honda Accords. Just 1 is silver color and the other is polished metal, both financed by Honda financial services. I traded in one of them to this dealership. Now here's where all the problems start. First The dealership switched the VIN # of the traded car with the VIN # of the car that I currently own. I've addressed this issue to the sales manager, finance director for over a month now. They said they will take care of it. I got no return calls. They FINALLY paid off the WRONG CAR! They still have my trade in for sale on their website WITH THE WRONG VIN# LISTED.I still don't have my sales contract because they forgot to give it to me at the time of sale. The vehicle that I actually traded in, is now showing passed due 30 days which severely affects my credit rating and my joint account holder. I'm due for the payment of the new car and my trade in is still unsettled and not paid off. What can I do? My credit got negatively affected. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!Desired Settlement: NEED THEM TO PAY OFF THE CORRECT VEHICLE WITH THE RIGHT PAYOFF AMOUNT STATED ON MY LEASE CONTRACT. AND THEY NEED TO FIX MY NEGATIVE CREDIT REPORTING RESULTING FROM THEIR ERROR!!!!

After research, yes we did make an error with paying off the wrong 2012 Accord. Ms. [redacted] does or did have two 2012 Honda Accords and we were given the wrong information but an honest mistake. Ms. [redacted] did sign several documents with this 2012 Accord with VIN # and mileage of vehicle. At no time during transaction Ms. [redacted] never stated to us that this was incorrect vehicle. But with that said we will take blame for this error. The correct vehicle was paid off on 8.6.14. She did speak with our Finance department and they apologized and corrected mistake. Everything was finished at the end of August.
I am sending out a letter today for Ms. [redacted] apologizing for this awful mistake and letter for the credit bureaus to ensure her credit will not be affected by this most misfortunate event. I have enclosed a 24 month Ford Lease Care for the 2014 Explorer that was leased for our mistake.
When I did hear about this situation I reached out to Ms. [redacted] numerous times but as of today have not heard back from her.
