[redacted] , We did have an open request for the leaking water with permission to enter. On this day I notified you we attempted to finalize repairs but were unsuccessful. At this time I did give you keys to a vacant apartment that had electricity. I did find out the next day when you notified me... there was an issue with PNM and rectified the issue with PNM. At this time I notified you we would be issuing a credit to your account, which was confirmed on April 2nd as well.
