We have contacted the Person(s) handling this transaction.  We have had 2 different individuals contact on behalf of MR [redacted], however HE is being referred to as a she.  The individual handling this situation doesn't even know who MR [redacted] is.  I've also informed the agent...

that we do not accept deed backs, we are not in a position to accept deeds back into the resort.  Mr. [redacted] hasn't personally attempted to contact the property to arrange the sale of his interval.   He called once about 2 months ago to say that he needed to pay his assessments and he did speak to me [redacted] at that time.  I've responded to the Timeshare Trading Companies requests and they were not able to comply with our requirements to sell his week.My Contact Information:[redacted]General Manager###-###-####
