I employed tropical lawn care to mow my yard They were recommended thru a neighbor They mowed my grass several times and the last time did a terrible jobI called the owner and had him come by and speak with me I showed him the problem and He said he was so glad that I called, he would have the problem correctedSince he was going to come back and fix the problem, I paid himI waited two weeks and nothing I called and left him a message and waited another week for him to respondNothing I started calling him various times over the next week or so without leaving another message He never answered his phone I got another number off his facebook page and called that, he answered, I identified who I was and he was still telling me he fix it and that he would call his brother who is the person that actually does the mowing and have him get by As of this review, he still has not contacted me or shown up to fix the mess he left behind I would not hire this person for any reason He has a terrible work ethic This is the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with He owes me my money back He was paid for a job he did not doDO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
