This is the second month in a row that this apartment complex has said my sister didn't pay her rent and placed a notice on her door. I do my sisters finances and ensure her rent is in the mail on time every month and have it certified that is how I know the office has it. Last month they placed her payment in some one elses account. This month they will not return phone calls but are in the office to place rent notification. This is not the first issue that this office has caused or ignored. This is a rent restricted complex and they are well aware that my sister is disabled and have my contact info as well as power of attorney for me to be contacted. Never have they bothered to contact me when they know I send the money order every month at the same time. This office is notorious for not answering the phone or returning messages and passing the buck for everything. I have asked to pay online or a phone call or email to acknowledge receipt. They said no to all. Currently my husband and I are stationed in Las Vegas and I don't have the luxury of handling this in person. This office is also aware of that.

On 5/6/2020 we delivered a notice for an outstanding balance to Ms., payment was not received until later that day by USPS. Ms. contacted us stating she had mailed out payment before the 3rd, my assistant explained that payment was not received on time but had already been posted. My assistant informed her that setting up bill pay with the bank could also help with getting the payment here on time as she is mailing it from Las Vegas. We did not hear from Ms. until last week when she called to ask for a document to set up the bill pay, to which my assistant responded that we did not have any documentation for that & that she needed to contact her bank for more information. As of then, we have no heard back from Ms., but if she has any further questions, she can contact us at any time.

I am rejecting this response because:I was told an email would be sent with the info. Last call to get update I was told they still didn't have any info to give me but were still working on it. They also stated that there was not a formal way to pay online so they didn't know exactly what to put for the setup.

I lost a opportunity to have stability and funds to take care of my son and I instead a office manger was neglaint with my entire file and my lively hood .I paid a debt to a apartment during the time I was looking for a place with a section 8 voucher .I was promised things and turns out my balance did not go to zero and someone cashed in my 1,000 money order at the apartments
called our property back in March of 2019 in regards to an outstanding balance she had with our property. *** & the property manager *** came to an agreement & settled for a onetime payment of $1000. On March 5, 2019 *** brought in money order # *** in the amount of $1000. Attached you will find her ledger showing the money order was posted on March 6, 2019. Once we received payment we reached out to our collection agency Pro Collect & notified them about the settlement & asked for them to mark the account as paid. We did not hear from *** again until last month stating that Pro Collect started their collection efforts again. I am attaching the email I send on August 3, 2019 asking them to stop their collection efforts immediately. Please let me know if you need anything else from us.

.*** DID NOT PAY THE DEBT IF SHE HAD I WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN A BILL from pro collect july26 2019.5 months later. My section 8 expired I HAVE A TITLE LOAN AND I CAN NOT EVEN TAKE CARE OF MY AON OR KY SLEF THIS LADY EUINED MY LIFE AND DOESNT CARE .nor does her supervisor *** .she told me either *** dropped the ball or pro collect did. That’s is not professional way of doing things. When I called procollect I WAS TOLD *** HAD NOT BEEN IN ANY corospodence at all. *** is blaming pro collect .I was told by her that she can’t help pro collect didn’t update there records .another lie. I waited for section 8 5 years I was never even sent a bill or away to fight the debt from *** . Someone cashed the money prefer March 12 but did not pay the debt .I have attached a video receipts and the bills I have received
