Hello, What community do you live at [redacted] Houston, TX does not match any of the communities that we own or manage

[redacted] , We have reviewed your account and found the charges to be accurateIn consideration of your good tenancy and your efforts to leave without charges, we have decided to accommodate your request to increase the refund amount

Dear Revdex.com: After careful review of the file, documents and photos pertaining to Ms [redacted] M [redacted] , the result is that I support, the on site manager's decision not to return full deposit The reason for this is that we have receipts and documents proving that we replaced the carpet prior to resident moving in Thus, when she moved in the carpet was brand new We also have emails documenting the manager had to request permission to replace the carpet of the unit after Ms [redacted] moved because it had stains and a very bad odor New carpet does not have to be replaced after only year if there is wear and tear Thus, it was deemed that the carpet was beyond what is considered a amount of wear and tear We have photos of other items not cleaned or broken as per the itemized deductions shown on her ledger I will send the rest of the documents in another email Sincerely, Daniel G [redacted] and VSC Management

I am trying to respond to a complaint filed with the Revdex.com of Houston.
The resident requested that we waive any fees associated with breaking his lease and any unused rent moniesDue to staff changed we did not receive this complaint until today, 07/28/This resident is now no longer a resident and has already been sent to collectionsWe will however, send our collections department a written request to completely delete this account from their collection fillingsWe will issue a credit and give him an opportunity to pay, if there is a balanceWe will be waiving any fees associated with breaking his lease contractAny rent accumulated until move-out and any damages to the unit will still be chargedWe will contact this resident directly to inform him of his balance if any.

Complaint is not resolved. They are saying I still owe them money for damages, of which they have not provided any proof. I dispute this entirely. There was no "hole in the wall".
