We came in from Jacksonville during the Hurricane Matthew. We found Villa Direct online and spoke with their rezervations center staff over the phone the day before we stayed. The helped us to choose a property that was the perfect size and seemed to have everything we needed.
When we got to the checkin office, the staff were very helpful and gave us directions to all the nearby stores and markets that we needed. When we arrived at the property, everything was exactly as advertised and the photos (if anything) were not as good as the actual place. We had a problem with the door lock on arrival, and one of the Villa Direct maintenance guys was there in 20 minutes to fix it.
Good service, a good staff and a great product that helped us at the time we needed it most.
