Mr [redacted] showed up at our office one morning a couple of weeks ago (I am not sure of the exact date) and me and [redacted] (our [redacted] ) sat with him to go over his concernsWe spoke for about minutes and Mr [redacted] was very nice but disappointed in some thingsHe thought that the project was taking too long and that our communication hasn’t been that greatAfter meeting with him we decided that [redacted] would go out the next day and look at his project and see what the best course of action would be to rectify the current issue (the coping is higher than his previous deck and that makes the deck slope more than it should) which he did? ? I spoke with [redacted] earlier and he let me know that he has Mr [redacted] ’s approval to repair the fall on the deck and [redacted] is trying to contact our screen and paver crews to get this on the schedule [redacted] plans on contacting Mr [redacted] once he has that date set for the repair to let him know we are moving forward to have his issue resolved.? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
