Thank you for allowing me to address the concerns of *** ***First, I would like to encourage Mr*** to please contact me directly and I will always be more than happy to address any of his concernsI was not able to locate any history of complaints made by *** but I wanted
to be sure that his concerns are addressed.*** and his roommate toured our community in May and then both moved in on May 26, During their tour, *** asked about the possibility of upgrading his internet service, and I directed him to AT&T to find out more informationAny internet services that are acquired outside of what the property provides would be at the resident's cost*** emailed our leasing office on June 8th requesting the phone number of the company that he could contactHe was provided AT&T U-VerseThe Village at Muller Park does offer a heated salt water pool, we are proud to say that it's the only one in Bloomington, Indiana***, his girlfriend and his roommate have used the pool on numerous occasions over the summer of The pool was renovated to increase the size starting in November and will be back up for residents to use by April 15, When residents need to make a noise complaint, they are always welcome to call the leasing officeIf it is during business hours, a member of the office or maintenance staff will address the issueIf it is after business hours, one of the two on-site courtesy officers will respondWe are disappointed to hear that there have been issues with noise and we want to be able to address this in the future*** and his roommate wanted to move in to a bedroom apartment in May of 2015, which were not available at the timeThey signed for a bedroom through July and transferred to a bedroom for the current lease termWe only offer individual leases, so I informed *** and his roommate that by moving into a bedroom there was a chance they could be roommate matched to fill the 3rd vacant room if need beThey were roommate matched in June when we had a gentleman who was a match for their roommate match profiles signed for a bedroomThey lived with him for a month before they transferred to a bedroomHe signed on June 5, for a 13th move-in, and I notified both *** and his roommate on June 12thWe do out to give at least hours notice of a roommate match, but we are under no obligation to do so according to the leaseThe roommate match profile that *** signed specifically states that a resident's permission is not required to lease vacant bedrooms and a roommate may move in at any timeWe apologize for the short notice but we are also trying to accommodate the incoming resident's needs as wellI have attached Mr ***'s roommate matching profile as well as all emails received to our leasing emailWe truly hope that we can work with Mr*** to provide a better atmosphere and living situation for him in our communityAs previously stated, I encourage him to contact me directly to address any of his concernsThank you,

This business has ruined my renting experience and caused me way too much stress and money than it deserves. My application process was delayed into the first day of my new job because an incompetent worker failed to review her email to retrieve my information. They needed to review my "roommate matching profile" in order to place me with the "appropriate roommates." The girls that I was finally placed with are intolerable therefore I do not see the great hesitation and delay to get me a room if this was the ultimate result. At the end of one month of staying at these apartments, I had to leave and break the lease (which the business will not allow me to do) because of a medical illness. Instead I was forced to re-let my apartment and pass on my lease to someone else whom I had to find. After signing the re-let papers and being told the only hiccup would be my not paying my fee (which I did less than two hours later), a day later I was told my application was denied due to the other individual's fee not being paid. This call came without allowing the other person to fix the problem and caused me again a whole deal of stress. I do not believe the people at the Village know how to treat people with timely respect and care. Their lease agreements and their staff are unfair and unreasonable.
