When 'our' salesman was busy, we specifically asked for a woman and were given another manAfter making a deal, signing over our Camry, we went to the bank, (thirty minute round trip), to receive financing, then waited almost an additional two hours after returningdeclaring how unhappy we we were and simply wanted to get our carwe were subject to more after sales pushes including in the finance department!!! The after sales continued by phone and e mail for several daysWhen contacting their customer service manager and general manager, both numbers given as direct lines, were both the general switch board, even going as far as to use a different area code for complaintsThen after all this they called and offered free floor mats that we requested in the beginning if we would give them a ten with the corporate survey, but only after they received the results of the survey saying "WE have to protect ourselves." This was the second and last car we buy from Village Toyota

I was so impressed with the service from our dealers salesman (Anthony M***)I purchased a Ravin at VillageIt was my 1st new vehicle and it was my babyIt was totalled just before Christmas after being rear ended It had just over 100,and never broke down onceIt would have gone another 200,no doubt.I searched online for weeksI didn't want to spend a lot of money because I'd rather spend it on my young granddaughtersHowever, I had to make a decision quicklyI went to Village with my husbandAnthony met us on the lot but allowed us to roam without pressureI knew there were used vehicles I wanted to test driveAfter that I told him I wanted to test an equinox and a terrain and I would be in touch He told me that they had both on the lot if I wanted to try them He stated I didn't have to purchase the ones on their lot but try them out and if more interested in one of those I could buy at village or somewhere else He stated that the prices here are very competitive I liked the terrain and the RavTheir prices on both were quite reasonable I went home to think about itI decided on the Ravand went back a few days later When I got there I saw camrys I liked and test drove them Again I was challenged with which to choose Anthony told me everything I lied about both told him I preferred the RavI hemmed and hawed about it for a while and he was super patient with my indecisivenessI have the Ravand I am in love again.Thank you Anthony for all your help, advice and patienceWe drove miles one way times and it was well worth itIf I was decicive it would have been one tripThey serviced my husband's truck and that was great service too!

I tried to avoid a painful and frustrating car-buying ordeal when buying a new Prius I contacted Village Cadillac Toyota because their online pricing and reviews looked very good I called and emailed before driving the hour and a half to the store The Internet Salesperson did a great job assuring me they were straight forward, honest dealership looking to sell off inventory before the end of the year She said they were paying premium prices on trade-ins and the pre-owned car manager was eager to see my car I mentioned seeing several high end model IV's & V's listed at or below $19,At first she said they would honor their pricing, but then told me the manager said that pricing was "in error" and if I checked the stock and VIN numbers I would see those were actually level cars advertised as IV's & V's She said they were working to correct the erroneous listings and convinced me to come in and get a great dealthat they would take good care of me
The floor salesperson was very polite, courteous, and apologized for the 'misleading pricing' We picked out a car and waited for the moment of truth Bad newsthere was no premium pricing for a tradeauction pricing only and the car would cost significantly more than the advertised price
The truth was none of their Prius pricing on*** was correct and much of their own website price was misleading Brett C***, the General Sales Manager, acted surprised and put out that I expected their pricing to be correct His position was, yes we know the pricing is misleadingbuy a car at a higher price He said I would not be able to buy a comparable car at their price elsewhere
In the final analysis if felt like the classic bait and switchsay anything to get customers in the store The dealer Internet listings on ***: mostly incorrect: dealer website pricing: misleading; dealer assurance to "honor pricing": not true; dealer "paying premium price for trade-ins": no true; dealer will correct misleading information on online: not true as of this posting; "No other dealership will give me as good a deal": also not true
I thank Shaun & Otto for being friendly and courteous I highly recommend the BUYER BEWARE dealing with the management
