order on the phone did get confuse and wrote down the order wrong.  I personally checked the order, and it was correct based on what was wrote down.  Unfortunately, it was written down wrong.  He called back to tell me about the order, and one of the employees whom he had the verbal fight with answered the phone, and she did call him a name.  That employee no longer works for us as of that night.  The food was made properly, but it was wrong.  When I tried to offer to make it right and give him a gift certificate for all of his troubles, he hung up on me before I had the opportunity to do so.  Since that evening, he has been back to our establishment several times.  It was an unfortunate incident and I apologized to the family that night.
