The sport coat had a hole under the rectangular label the manufacturer sews onto the sleeveWhen the the sleeves were
shortened and that label was removed, that is when the hole was discoveredWe offered the customer the option for us to shorten the sleeves not even an eighth of an inch shorter free of charge and the hole would have gone awayWe have been open for years and have never had a complaint filed against usOur customers are our #priority, and we will still gladly shorten the sleeves free of charge to make the hole disappear

Tues June *** *** *** brought an ALL WHITE BEADED 2PC SUIT(This was NOT a regular dress) The owner was looking at the suit with me because the customer needed it by fri and it had some stains on itI did not pull the dollar charge out of a hat, my boss who was standing there told me what to
charge(Specialty items that we get, I always ask to make sure on the pricing) I have been an employee for 10+ years and the price for an item like this has been dollarsWhen *** *** came to pick the suit up she had a friend with herI retrieved her suit, told her the price...she did have a problem with the priceIn her hand she had a dollar bill and was asking her friend if she had money on herBut instead of saying anything to me she was complaining to her friend"I will not clean this suit again....ill take it to Kingston." I did not say a word as the customer was not talking to me and the monies were exchangedI DID NOT REFUS E TO CHANGE THE PRICE AS THE CUSTOMER DID NOT ASK ME TOO NOR ASK ME WHY THE BILL WAS SO MUCHThe customer had another opportunity to speak with the owner when she came back later that day to retrieve a receipt "for her husband." My boss was the one who handed her a receipt...nothing was said then and there about the price either. I DO NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLYNOR ANY OTHER OF MY CUSTOMERSI do not appreciate my character being attacked because *** *** was unhappy with the price nor do I appreciate the out right lies that she has stated

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: the response is absolutely un true. I still have the tags on the dress that show what the instructions were and the alteration was NOT done. The lady [redacted] confirmed the alteration on the top was NOT done. I called the office on Monday and they said they would have the owner call me which still has not happened.  I have not received a refund either. This is disatisfactory and unacceptable. The service I paid for was not done. They were to provide 3 separate services. 1. Clean 2. Alter the top, 1 inch from each side 3. Hem the bottom. The total for the hem and clean was $26 and the alteration was $42. I was rang up the first time for $26 and I asked the girl if that included the top and agree said oh no, let me add that,  then she have me another ticket with all three requests on it totalling $68. I paid the $68 but they only completed the hem and clean. They are refusing to refund my money gift the alteration they did not provide. If they are refusing my refund yet again then I'm going to take this to my local news. [redacted]

I am sorry but at our cleaners we do take care of customer problems very quickly and efficiently. However, it is hard for us to process a claim which has practically never happened at the cleaners such as perfume smell due to - the cleaning personnel wearing perfume - our dryclean process...

is not manual so the smell of perfume transferring in the cleaning process has never happened, we use fourth generation dryclean machines which are the best technology for processing the utmost delicate garments. We would as a curtesy redo the cleaning of the affected clothes if the customer would bring the clothes back within 48 hours - but if the customer claims perfume smell two weeks after the cleaning was done, and brings all their clothes back after wearing them, we cannot determine if indeed there was a problem with cleaning (which we have never come across in several years). If the clothes would have been brought within 48 hours, we would have gladly redone the cleaning.[redacted]

I will discontinue this complaint. If this business is willing to loose a consumer in light of their misconduct in taking advantage of an Elderly who has been a part of their business venture, then so be it. I will take my business else where.

To Whom It May Concern:
margin-bottom: 5pt;">Thank you for your correspondence to our establishment. We would be more than happy to assist in clarifying this specific situation.
On Wednesday, January 20, 2016, at 10:37 AM, [redacted] dropped off her garments, including the dress in contention. Upon processing of the dress, which includes labeling each item with garment tags and assessing the dress, it was discovered on January 22, 2016 that there was visible damage to the backside of the dress. At that time, at approximately 10 AM – NOON, a voicemail was left with the customer, at ###-###-####. The details of this voice message left included that if our establishment did not hear back from the customer, we would proceed with cleaning the garment, since the ready date of the garment was to be on Saturday, January 23, 2016.
On Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 12:12 PM, the dress was picked up by the customer. At this time, the communication between the owner of the establishment and customer occurred. We regret that the exchange was not perceived as pleasant, but would like to emphasize that the intent was not to be rude. There was a communication barrier component involved in this event since English is not the primary language spoken by the owner.
Furthermore, we would like to address the customer's statement about the burnt appearance of the dress. At our establishment, we utilize the technique of steam pressing for all dry cleaned items, such as the dress in contention. We have also recently transitioned to the utilization of a newer and more environmentally-conscious dry cleaning machine, which upholds our commitment to quality and excellence.
Upon further review of this garment, the dress appears to have abrasion marks on the left lower portion of the dress, which is an inconspicuous location. The pattern of the steam iron is also not consistent with the location of these abrasions.
We appreciate your involvement at this time and if there are any more questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us again. Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Sang *. L**

[redacted] is stating that he paid for a 1.5 HP pump, 300 feet of 1.25” pipe, and 300 feet of wire that runs the pump.  I am not for sure how he is saying that he has already paid for these items, considering I have not billed him for those items.   I will attach the invoices for what he...

has paid for.  You will be able to see that those items are not on either of the two invoices.   If he would remember our conversation as well as review one of the two contracts that he was mailed, he would be able to tell that the $48.00 per foot for a well to be drilled, does NOT include a Pump System.  The correct amount that [redacted] has paid is $19,194.21 and not $21,000.00, as he has stated on his complaint.  Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.Sincerely,[redacted]D & L Drilling, LLC

Alteration was done as per request. However, customer wanted more dress taken in from the top after wearing it.This would have required the alteration dress sent back for alteration , customer didnnot prefer to send it back and instead wanted money back for alteration which was already done as per...

request and pinning of the garment.
