I am rejecting this response because: The manufacturers representitive came outDid an inspectionTold me that the roofing was leaking because of the installationHe inspected and told me that the roof was not warrantied because there was no underlayment replacementHad nails protruding and caulked overAnd was not installed according to the instructions on the package

The Manufacturer of *** *** only drove by he did not Inspect the Roof as Mr ***s is claiming, As for the appearance all look good.We again are wanting to send A Licensed Home Inspector outHe will at that time Inspect the Roof for our Workmanship Warranty and what he findsst that time will be addressed and fixed.Thank You

Village Construction did Remove and Replace roof .Old Shingles were removed and New Shingles were replaced according to Industry Standards.Customer continuously missed scheduled meetings to review project and has not complied with his Contractual Agreement.Additional work was performed by Village

I am rejecting this response because: again [redacted] does not tell the truth. I was home when the rep came. I walked him around my house. I have his business card that he handed me. If he wishes to send a licensed roofer from san antonio I welcome them.

We Installed Mr [redacted] Roof on May 10th, 2016, He sent over the Inspection report and we sent out the same Roof Installer to inspect.The areas of concerns were areas that were not included in the Insurance Papers.

We will be doing an additional Roof Inspection , With an outside company. Also we have all of the Manufactures Warranties in reference to the Roof Installed.

I am rejecting this response because: (1) the roofing...

company that repaired the areas found deficient by the inspector assured me that no roofer would have replaced the roof without replacing the rotten 4' X 8' plywood that I had to have replaced. (2) When the insurance company totals the roof, it does not expect the roofing company to pick and choose those areas it deems to be in need of replacing and ignore other areas (which were found faulty).  (3) The roofing company that I had to hire to repair the bad areas pointed out multiple "dings" in the new shingles caused by the Village Construction roofers when they installed them, as well as poor alignment of rows of shingles, showing shoddy workmanship throughout. (4) If Village Construction actually sent out someone to check on the areas that required repair, why didn't they inform me of their visit and their findings?

I am rejecting this response because: the roof was not replaced to industry standards. If it was it would not leak when it rains. The roof has bubbles all over. The roof lines are all crooked. It looks like a child put it on. He has submitted bills for work not done. Roof is not complete.
