I have simple two question because they have payment and they have return packet. (1) return my packet if you don't have return policy. or (2) return my money. or they can give me any option at least

This letter is in response to a complaint made by a customer who purchased fertility medications which were received and signed for by the customer on 9/12/15. After receiving the medication, the customer changed their mind regarding using them and contacted us the next day stating that they...

wanted to return them. However, the customer was informed several times before and after receipt of the medications that they cannot be returned. Additionally, we have the customer on a recorded line which shows that the customer was informed of the return policy, in addition to the literature on our website, and invoices which clearly state that there is a no-return policy. At this point, the customer told us that they would hold onto the medication for later use. At the same time, the customer reached out to the credit card company and had the charges reversed. After the charges were reversed, the customer took it upon themselves to return the medications, even though they were informed not to. However, after reviewing our recordings and documentation, the credit card company upheld the sale, and reversed the charges again in our favor. I would like to add at this time that the reason we have this policy, is because it is unlawful to redistribute medication that has already been dispensed to a person.  That being said, the only option for us is to have them destroyed.
