Village Firestone

I went into the store needing a sway bar replaced The manager there was clearly annoyed with whatever she was dealing with on the phone And proceeded to write up my issue in an agitated stateShe quotes me a price and I get a ride back to work while they are set to work on it
I get a call about an hour laterIt is the mechanicFirst he tells me my battery needs to be replacedI had just had it replaced weeks ago so, I know he is full of it and I am tell him as muchThen he tells me my wipers are oldAlso a lie as I replaced them around the same time as the batteryLastly, he says he inspected the brakes and the pads need replacedI had them replaced in June
I then tell this guy in no uncertain terms I don't appreciate the up-selling and I would appreciate it if he would just fix the issue I came in to get fixedI have never actually gone to a Firestone before and I know it is not all stores but because of the actions of one greedy jerk I will never go to any Firestone again
