Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
yes they told me that they had replaced the osensor but on the same day they claimed to do so they check engine light came right back onI have since taken it to *** Ford so that I could find out once and for all what was wrong with my carford check my car and informed me there was a number of things wrong with car, needs a fuel pump, misfiring on banks, hole in coolant system, and catalytic converter needs to be replaced$1,in parts and $in labor! I am aware I bought this car as is but I just don't know how they can be allowed to sell a car with so much wrong with it without being up front about it, I would have never bought this car had I knownI feel cheated and lied to, I can not afford to fix this car and Ford recommends that I don't put that much into repairs for a Taurus that is almost ready to trip two hundred thousand miles, that I have over paid for it and that I should cut my lose and sell it for scrap; but I cant even do that since I am still paying for this car

Your letter dated March 19, 2014, was received by our office today, March 26, 2014.
Prior to receiving communication/complaint from Revdex.com, we did try to help this customer, and were
awaiting the arrival of the vehicle to diagnose her most recent problems/concerns with the vehicle.
The vehicle was...

sold "As ls" and was acknowledged accordingly by the customer on both the Buyers
Guide and Buyers Order. As a goodwill gesture, as acknowledged by the customer, our mechanic
replaced an 02 sensor.
Steve Farmer Auto Sales, Inc. did make good faith effort to coordinate an appointment for the vehicle
in question.
When Steve Farmer spoke to customer on March 15,2014, customer was told that if she would get the
vehicle to our lot, we would be happy to check it out. Customer stated that she would get vehicle to
Steve Farmer Auto Sales the next week.
March 15, 2014 was our last communication concerning problems with the vehicle until receipt of Revdex.com
complaint today.

Highly recommended! They did my asphalt driveway, walkway, and granite step. Beautiful work. Reasonable price.

I've had my CPS pool since July 2014. Buying the pool was the easy part. The sale was smooth. Installation was fairly smooth. Before the decking was poured, a CPS service person stood on the brick coping breaking loose several bricks in a few places. We were assured that would be repaired before the work was finished. It never happened. We just deal with that. There is no service after the sale. We now have a leak that caused our liner to float up. A technician came out and took a look. We were never made aware that anyone even actually came but we did receive a bill for $350. I never saw anyone but they told us they tested the water and we didn't have a leak and instead blamed the rising liner on our landscaping. I would be ok with that but after telling them the pool was losing 8-12 inches of water in less than 24 hours they recanted and said maybe there is a leak and came back to do a dye test and determined there is in fact a leak. [redacted] told us that the way the warranty worked, if the leak was caused by a broken pipe it was on us but if it was caused by an improper fitting coming loose or an install error it would be covered. They were supposed to be here to fix it last week but we never heard from anyone. We now have a half empty green sludge filled pool. I received a phone call today saying they weren't covering it under any kind of warranty and their warranty doesn't cover leaks and would be another $800-1400 on top of the initial $350 bill for a person to come tell us nothing was wrong. They did offer to take the $350 down to $170. Needless to say we will now be using a pool company who stands behind their work a little better than CPS. Cheaper is never better. I wouldn't recommend this company as there are better places out there that still believe in customer service with workmanship they can stand behind.
