We have a new upgrade program in place for Village Green of Bear Creek:The first program was back splash on wall, inch blinds, black on black appliance or stainless if they were already in place (only replacing appliances if they were bisque), brushed ··nickel hardware, curved shower bar, rainfall showerhead, gray walls, vinyl through out on the first floor and carpet in bedrooms only, resurface counter tops and fire place, new switch plates and USB plug and updated lighting.The second program was back splash on wall, inch blinds, black appliances if need replacing, brushed nickel hardware, curved shower bar, inch blinds, vinyl in wet areas only, resurface counter tops.When the Conley•s came in and they had concerns about their unit we offered them the option to not move in or that we could do the following items for them and they could move inInstall back splashInch blindsResurface fireplace and counter topsCurved shower barVinyl was already replace and new carpet was in placeWe did accent walls of their choosing and we do not have a dark blue color we only have the gray and a cool blue (turquoise) color(at no charge; we usually charge $per accent wall)Parking as well (months free usually $monthly) they had trouble with the parking spot soI extended it to February 2017)To my understanding all was good in their unitThey have put in work orders and we have responded but nothing until I received this letter and she came into office yesterday to give me a couple of work orders and I took them and we are completing them as soon as possible but hesleeps during the dayWe are working around their schedule for the couple of items

I have now been without a dishwasher for nearly a month nowOffice said they ordered one and that was about a week and a half agoI'm paying the full rent which includes a dishwasher and am not receiving what I am paying forIntuitively, if one isn't receiving the services that he or she is paying for then he or she is refunded or credited back a reasonable amount to compensate them for the lost servicesAlso, when explaining why a new dishwasher needed to be replaced, the office said that myself or my girlfriend had jammed the motor with meat and/or candy; basically insinuating we did it maliciouslyI just haven't felt that the office has treated us properly as a landlord should to its tenant because they're suppose to be providing the services that I, the customer, is paying for and still not receiving.

MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:We have installed new stainless steel dishwasher in unit as soon as it was deliveredHe wanted to know what happened to the dishwasher and I told him what we found when we checked the blades to the dishwasher and this was why the motor burned up We will not give any compensation for this as we are taking care of his issues We also had pest control go to unit and resident refused service Please let me know if you need anything else.Sincerely,*** ***

They took forever to come and get this dishwasher after we told them it was broken. We were without a dishwasher for a month! We never rejected pest control at all. We had to remind them to call and have pest control come to out home and no luck. We have had other issues that were told to be addressed like the sink in the second bathroom and they never came back. We ave been nice but they continue to mess us over. We were never given a discount for being without a dishwasher for an entire month or given any kind of formal apology. We asked to talk to [redacted] the managers boss and she never followed up with that. We wont pay for anything if this is not taken care of properly. We have a week and a half left and they have been the rudest towards us. Also they have an option to put no enter on work orders and their people still come in. I was taking a shower multiple times and they still come into our apartment. Which is an invasion of privacy! They wait days and even weeks after a work order is put in and then no call to say they will come that day. They just come in and make lots of noise. [redacted] herself has came unannounced on several occasions to supposedly look at cabinets and walks around are place were there are no cabinets. We are tired of been lied to when we have always paid rent on time, and so on.

MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:We responded to the work order in order of service requests coming in and we informed them that we would have to take the dishwasher to the shop and it was a 2 person job and I had 1 guy on property when I was told that it needed to be pulled and go to the shop to pull the motor and diagnosis the problem.  Once he told me what he found in the bottom I called him and told him that we would have to replace the dishwasher and that I would order it.  My process for ordering appliances is to submit for approval and order from GE.  I did this and I was given estimated date of delivery of 7 to 14 days. I called the resident and informed him of this and told him as soon as we received the dishwasher we would install.  We installed as soon as we received it.We responded twice for the sink because it was the shower head and the bath sink in 2 different bathrooms and to my knowledge both items were fixed.We have put them on pest control every time they have requested it. I have the notes where pest control said they refused service. They have never asked to speak to someone else and I have always made sure his work orders were in the system and maintenance has also responded to their issues.  I have even  went over to the apartment with maintenance to make sure they were addressed.  We have given them written notice that we would be inspecting apartments and I have went over 2 times and asked if it was ok for us to enter to look at items in unit.  I have never been at the apartment when someone was in the shower and I am not aware of this at all. I would have told them I would come back at a later time.  Unfortunately we cannot call everyone that we have a work order for before we go out.  I would never get any work orders completed that way. Sincerely,[redacted]
