Review: Our firm has been ordering from this establishment for a few years now and the experience we had with them yesterday was appalling. We ordered over $100 for an office lunch yesterday, 12/*/14, and two separate people found a long hair in the food (soup and a sandwich), and one of those people also found a small piece of metal in their soup (strand of brillo pad type metal). Upon contacting the establishment to inform them, we were told that if we were not happy with our order to just not order from them again. I then informed them that we would like a refund on those 2 items since they were inedible. The woman ([redacted]) that I was speaking with told me that she would only refund the soup, so I informed her that we were going to dispute the charges with [redacted]. She then informed me that the "boss", who would not get on the phone himself was relaying the message that if I did that I would be sorry. It was upsetting, disruptive, disgusting and inexcusable. Needless to say, we obviously will not be ordering from them again, but this type of service we received is horrible. Thank you for your time.Desired Settlement: We did contact [redacted] and will be disputing the full charge at this point, when all they had to do in the first place was refund us for the amount of the sandwich and soup and also not treat us in that manner as a professional workplace in the area.
