[redacted] about credit reporting; that were mailed to her and Equifax I let her know we did not have credit reporting abilities but that I would try and send out a good credit letter or take any calls she needed for credit inquiring Our company is striving to provide better service and when we purchased a new loan software in we were hoping to have credit reporting abilities but it was not available at that time We do apologize for the inconvenience, however we are a small, private lender and are trying to grow and advance all the time Ms [redacted] is most welcome to seek outside re-financing with another lender, we do not have any kind of pre-payment penalties Please feel free to email me or call if there is any other information required Thank you [redacted]

This issue was brought to the attention of the General Manager at Marty's Buick GMC on 7/24/ Upon investigation a check was issued on 7/13/, it's whereabouts are unknown On 7/24/we placed a stop payment on the check and reissued a new check that was sent to Mr [redacted] via overnight mail Mr [redacted] received the check on 7/25/ [redacted] of Marty's Buick GMC spoke with Mr [redacted] today (8/3/17) confirming he received the check and he had This matter has bee resolved

I am rejecting this response because:Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As I offered in the compliant, I have proof that a unit WAS offered and then retracted ([redacted] and [redacted] are home-buyers of a completely different lot/home - via wholly separate transaction). The AC unit was offered to compensation us for the delay for the [redacted] project, which was not caused by the home-buyer, me/my family. The AC unit was not included on the Sales Agreement because as soon as it was discussed putting it on the Sales Agreement - this text was received. Unilaterally withdrawing post acceptance. Again, it was offered by an agent of Village Homes with apparent authority, it was accepted and as such your response and resolution is fulfilling your verbal agreement which again is documented via the attached. These offerings should be found in favor of home-buyers to protect them from false and deceptive trade practices. Copying realtor who was present and can attest that I was told to "Get over it." I am an upstanding citizen, well respected in my community, and am not a liar, so do not attempt to characterize me as such. Sincerely, [redacted]

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.Below is an outline of the facts as Village Homes understands them to be:When the [redacted]s initially began the lot selection/home buying process with Village Homes, they expressed interest in a walkout lot. By the time the...

[redacted]s were prepared to contract and give Village Homes a deposit, that walkout lot was unavailable.The [redacted]s contracted on a home/lot on 3/1/15. At that time, it was clearly communicated to them that this home/lot would be a garden level basement, not a walkout basement. The basement configuration was communicated both verbally and in writing--by virtue of an option selection on the sales contract addendum.The [redacted]s contracted on the home on 3/1/15 and closed escrow on the home on 12/18/15--well within the timeframe specified in the sales contract signed by both Village Homes and the [redacted]s.A free AC unit was not offered to the [redacted]s, nor was it outlined in the sales agreement (even at a $0 cost) signed by both Village Homes and the [redacted]s.When Village Homes discovered that the deck that was selected could not be built per the City of Arvada regulations, Village Homes worked with [redacted]s to identify a non-standard deck option that would be satisfactory. The [redacted]s signaled their acceptance of the deck by signing an addendum to the sales agreement outlining the deck option and its cost.In an attempt to resolve the [redacted]s' dissatisfaction with the home and process, Village Homes management met with [redacted] and her realtor, [redacted] in person. At no time was it communicated by anyone at Village Homes that [redacted] should, "get over it and move on."Please let me know if further information is necessary to resolve this complaint.
