Juelle monea has not responded nor sent my product back to metried reaching out numerous times, no one is returning my calls nor email
ordered a couture olive bomber jacket on sept 12, my order number XXXXX,received my jacket,glue marks were over the jacket.I reached out to juelle on sept 25,she told me to return it and will send shipping label.did not get the shipping label till oct after reaching out numerous times.sent the jacket back on oct 4th.since that date they have not gotten back to me.I have called multiple times and left a number of messagesjuelle stated for me to return the jacket and they indicated that my jacket is on its wayit is now 10/26/and still not return call nor no new jacketthe total for the purchase was for 140.95.I want my money backI don't have the item, nor is the business cooperating with returning my jacketI have called the numbers listed on the emails and business websites XXX-XXX-XXXX and XXX-XXX-XXXX
