The complain has no base as our employee went back and repaired the grout If she wanted it done in a specific way she should've had made clear when the appointment was schedule and made her self available to inspect the repair while our employee was there With regard of the drawers complain the manufacture provide warranty in their product however they do not pay us to go back and install replacement partstherefore, she can contact the manufacture and express her claim to them directly [redacted] This is what I really like an answer from [redacted] the additional that was requested and never payed 1) Kitchen saddles (material only) 2) Kitchen pantry door (material and labor installation) 3) Pantry closet shelf's (material and labor installation) 4) Bathroom Saddles (material only) 5) Repair all walls and ceiling living room (Material and labor) 6) Paint whole dining room (labor only) 7) Paint living room walls and ceiling (Labor only) 8) Paint the stair walls up to second floor (labor only) 9) Bathroom shelf Upgrade to match vanity (labor and material) Building a bathroom drop ceiling (material and labor) Total of additional of $ And before she claims that everything was included I suggest her to go back and research her emails again as we have everything really well described in our email just to avoid those claims of miscommunications ASW Kitchens & Baths [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:This complaint was raised based on work described in the contract that was agreed upon by both parties and paid for fullyAnything outside of the agreement is irrelevant to this complaint. I ask that we stay focused on the issue at handThat is contracted work performed poorly, repairs incomplete, and contractor refusing to stand behind his work that was guaranteed contractually, in writing via email, and verbally on multiple occasions

Well the costumer can say whatever she wants but I do not know of any contractor that works for free when a costumer request additional work knowing that it wasn't part of the original estimate and don't expect to pay it. it's hard to take it serious. Our employees get paid every Friday, we pay every time our cars/trucks stop for gas we pay every time we go purchase material at supplier therefore were requesting that our balance for the additional work to be paid. Wanderli F[redacted]Atlantic Stone Works.

I am rejecting this response because:On customers end, all contractual obligations have been met and ASW has been paid in full. This is the first I am hear about 'work that wasn't paid'.This complaint was raised because “work was not complete in workmanship manner”, and although ASW was “given an opportunity to investigate and correct the error and/or defects” issue still exists. After agreeing to correct error by phone and email, ASW has not followed through on its promise and will not stand behind its work.
