Our friends, stopped at one of the welcome centers on their way down to Orlando, as they were in route to meet up with my wife [redacted] and me for a few much needed few days of vacation for all of us Understanding that the of us are interested in investing in some sort of long term vacation opportunities, The [redacted] approached your representative, Robin, in Lake City Florida As they were discussing [redacted] , Robin suggested that we all do the minute tour of your Orlando property, and for our time, your company would offer us two Disney Tickets at $and two additional tickets at $ Our friends signed up, paid a $deposit, and specifically asked, if my wife and I needed to be included on the "ticket", and was advised that "no, just present this voucher when you all check in and it will be fine Today, we all visited your property, took the tour, worked with Tiffany, found it to be a fabulous property, but decided that we, as empty nesters, the property didn't really fit our needsWe left our presentation and went to purchase our tickets, and that's where the problem began Our friend's $ticket package was honored, but my wife and mine were not Working with your agent there, Anita C***, was very frustrating, as she was less than cooperative or helpful solving our problem, even to the point of unnecessarily, and embarrassingly, calling SECURITY to the desk MsC [redacted] matter of factly said, sorry there is nothing that can be done, after we had honored our obligation and sat through your presentationWe insisted that MsC***, do the right thing and call Robin, which at that point, were informed by her, that she couldn't because it was a long distance call huh??? Do not get that, but okay, we have cell phones and offered to call At this point, MsC***, who I must say, I would NEVER employ in my company, begrudgingly called "corporate", was told by them that nothing could be done Mrs [redacted] even got on the phone and was told nothing could be done At this point, we had spent almost hours of OUR VACATION time, attempting to get a company to do the right thing Mrs [redacted] is in tears, because she felt that she had betrayed her friends Giving up with MsC***, we asked your very professional and very sweet security ladies to please find the manager of the resort, which they did, and introduced us to a SUPER STAR, Daniel M [redacted] Daniel listened very carefully to what our problem was, was very professional and expressed his own frustration, that he was not empowered to resolve our issue, which baffles me, that the general manager of the property is not empowered to resolve EVERY issue on property Daniel contacted Myra C [redacted] , from marketing and within minutes the situation was resolved hours later, after a wasted day of our vacation, your company did the right thing

Don't purchase a timesheet with Westgate Resort The only one getting luxury accommodations is David S [redacted] and his family

Resort was really nice but every employee we came across was unprofessional and was not able to assist in any matter whatsoever

Westgate booked our reservation for our family of four's vacationWe were well aware that we would have to listen to their sales pitch to receive the rate for referred customersOur oldest son is taking an unrelated trip with his team and staying at DisneyWe want to be close in case something were to happen to him, which is why we declined staying with family in another part of the stateWe plan to sightsee with our other two children and are not allowed contact with the oldest childDue to the fact that we chose to vacation in Florida at the same time as our son's team trip, Westgate canceled our reservation, but told us they'd be happy to book us if we pay an extra almost $Our family is financially able to invest in a timeshare and had actually considered it, however, Westgate will never get our business due to their poor customer serviceI'd rather give my money to those who know how to treat customers

Our friends signed up, paid a $40 deposit, and specifically asked, if my wife and I needed to be included on the "ticket", and was advised that "no, just present this voucher when you all check in and it will be fine.

Mrs. [redacted] is in tears, because she felt that she had betrayed her friends.

Giving up with Ms. C[redacted], we asked your very professional and very sweet security ladies to please find the manager of the resort, which they did, and introduced us to a SUPER STAR, Daniel M[redacted]. Daniel contacted Myra C[redacted], from marketing and within 30 minutes the situation was resolved. 5 hours later, after a wasted day of our vacation, your company did the right thing.

I am a owner at Westgate and every time we stay they talk to us about Westgate is doing. During this time they always try to sell me more time shares. I tell them I am not interested and they were very very unprofessional implying that we were not smart because we did not buy my time share. We were also told the time of the year that was sold to us was taken away from us and we had no saying. We are very upset with Westgate and this show people how bad of a company they are.
