1. Ms. [redacted] signed a lease that states the rent is due on the 1st of each month. If rent is not paid by the end of...

the 5th day of the month a late fee of $50 is assessed. If rent and late fees remain unpaid at the end of the 10th day of the month then the account will be forwarded to the attorney to begin legal eviction proceedings. I explained to Ms. [redacted] that when she receives her income is not our problem.
2. Her account was sent to the attorney on the the 21st. It was filed by the attorney with the courts the next day according to the paralegal. After a file is sent over the The payments must be given to the attorney until her account is paid in full and out of legal. That is why I could not accept her payment and besides, she didn't have the full amount due. I told her to contact the attorney's office. I did contact her earlier this month to ask her what was going on with her rent payment and she stated she would have to pay it when she got her taxes back. I told her I was not able to wait for that to happen and she said she stated "you do what you have to do". I told her I was sorry but I would have to.
3. The Window was fixed and caulked. I told her she was allowed to put up the plastic sheeting that heat shrinks on the window area. After maintenance had been there the first time she had put up the plastic sheeting and when I asked if she wanted me to send him again she said no that she had the plastic up.

7. There is nothing in the contract she signed that states we will clean her carpeting every year. I had her carpet cleaned in Sept of 2015. I was never asked if she could have 2 carpet cleans.
8. I have never been disrespectful to Ms. [redacted]. I have always been professional and understanding. I can not accommodate her needs to pay at a different time when everyone else has a due date of the 1st each month.
