Good morning, According to all records on file, the resident has never entered a service request and we have no documentation of her or her parents reaching out to us. The resident in bedroom B is the only resident within the apartment who has ever entered a service request....
On December 7th at 6:15pm, the resident in bedroom B entered a service request for the heat not working. All residents within the apartment were offered space heaters and the request was completed on December 14th at 11:10am. The issue was the HVAC HR box needed replaced due to a refrigerant leak and Commercial Services provided the work. Due to the inconvenience, each resident in the apartment had their rent prorated for the days the heat was not properly working. We are unsure of what amenities the resident is referring to when she says they do not work half the time. The resident and her roommates lease commencement date was August 12, 2016 and a month later on September 12th, the resident in bedroom B called the office about having bug bites. At 1:57pm on September 12th a service request for pest control was entered. The following day, September 13th, at 10:45am [redacted] pest control sprayed their apartment for fleas. Since then, we have not heard from the residents regarding this issue. The only other service requests submitted for this apartment were entered by the resident in bedroom B and are noted below... -November 9th at 3:05pm the garbage disposal clogged. On November 9th at 4:04pm glass was removed from the garbage disposal. -January 25th at 9:57pm the ice maker was not working. On January 30th at 9:57am the ice maker was working properly, but not producing as much ice as resident would like. Therefore, maintenance turned the ice maker setting to maximum ice. We never want to see a resident choose to leave Village Promenade, however if the resident would still like to move out we do offer reletting. Any of my team members can assist in providing details on how the reletting process works should the resident be interested in this option.
