Village Square Apartments

Although I filed a complaint with Revdex.com about Village Square/West Village apartments outrageous move-out charges, they would not help me resolving the situation. Advice, take pictures of everything (including stove, burner rings, freezer, refrigerator, bathroom, carpet etc. when you move in. Make sure you send a certified letter to the manager about your move out date, make sure you go through the move out inspection with the manager, make sure you cancel your electricity account the date you move out (don't trust management that they will transfer the bill - I paid 4 days more in July for electricity). Beware of shaky handrails for elderly folks if you have visitors to your 2nd floor apartment. Document with picttures and words.
