The complaint included both incorrect and incomplete informationOur warranty clearly covers major components that fail but not everything is covered under warrantyThe customer withheld the remainder of their down payment and did not make agreed upon payments timelyA prior sale to this
individual resulted in her account being delinquent for nearly a year with no payment and because she was a friend of one of our kids we did not reposses her 1st vehicle this time repossession was imminent as the vehicle was not paid for and Appointments with our mechanics were not kept on several occasionsWhen the vehicle finally was brought in someone else had been working on it for her, this voids my warranty as the person was not a licensed or professional mechanicOur warranty expressly states the vehicle must be available for our mechanic team to inspect/repairOn occasion we arrange for outside shops to do this on our behalf however that is at our discretionThis customer did not meet her obligations which affected her experience.
