Good afternoon, We are very sorry for the inconvenience that this event has caused on all of our residents!! Yes, there was a breand money orders and checks were stolen from the propertyTo our knowledge NONE of these payments were/have been processed and/or presented for payment We did reach out to all of our residents and informed them to "Stop Payment" on their money order and/or check payments We also informed them that we would cover any of the stop payment fees they might be charged or any other fees by their financial institutes With this being said, we don't have insurance that would cover said loss (payments) that haven't been processed for payment Please understand, this was something that was our of our control as much as it was anyone else's and even though it is a huge inconvenience to everyone; we still need the rental payment from all of the residentsPlease let us know if you should have any further complaints and/or questions!
