I am rejecting this response because: This is not acceptable and the residents should not be penalized for am error that is not the resident fault. I should not have a $182 water bill while other residents water bill is less than $100. Some action to take place.

by the hurricane damage. The roof has been repaired and the AC is working. The contractors were unable to enter the apartment in late September due to the key not working in the lock. [redacted]. has been in contact with Ms. [redacted] and worked through her concerns. We believe at this time all of her concerns have been met.
