Horrible companyTerrible at communicatingI currently own a townhouse through them that I bought last year, I'm also a first time homeownerI wasn't aware of an annual payment that needed to be made in addition to my monthly paymentsNo mention of it on my accountThe only way I found out I was behind on it was from a letter I received in the mail from a lawyer threatening foreclosure on my home if it wasn't paidNot one phone call from *** saying that I was behind on this unknown paymentNo email either, but they WILL send you emails about power washing and gutter cleaningI tried calling and emailing multiple times and finally got a hold of someone who said they couldn't discuss it with meThey just wanted more money from me and now unfortunately I have to give it to themI'm now paying them over $for this because they also refused to waive any of the late feesNo wonder people hate this company
