We are filing a formal complaint of negligence against Villas of Bailey Ranch
July 2017- Villas of Bailey Ranch contacted us for maintenance request to fix the below apartmentThey make the fix, but leave a hazardous scene(screws & wet drywall) left behindWe reached out to maintenance periodically during that processTo no avail, on July 8, 2018, I made another request to have someone come repair the hazardous scene(screws) apartmentThey scheduled appointment to Tuesday, July 10,2018, but they could not give me a timeThey called me around 9:30am tuesday morning, to let me know that they were entering the residence to repair the wallI said fine, and I will meet while you conducting the jobI arrive no more than mins later to the apartment no one showedI waited a about hours but no one arrived, so I had to return to my jobAfter not hearing anything for almost months I sent another email stating that we upset with the lack of service, and response times to claim
