The Villas At Riverview deceptive advertising, listing amenities that are not in the apartments. The advertisement advises newly renovated apartments that is FALSE!
Security, management onsite there are no managers onsite the painter does not count.
My apartment has mold in the walls, I have experienced 3 floods since March 2019.
No ceiling fans, no garbage disposals, no light fixtures in the bedroom(s). Outside storage is a rotted old closet that houses the hot water tank and electrical panel. You cannot store trash in the building. No adequate outdoor lighting. They overpromise and never deliver. The apartment I moved into was not painted, there was an old rusty stove in the kitchen, the dishwasher has not worked since day 1, I have to do my own pest control. They have no restrictions on pets, pitbulls are the favorite pet of the residence. There were VULTURES sitting on top of the dumpsters. I had raw sewage back up in my bathtub the plumbers were there and left it. The breezeways are never clean. The advertisement should be removed, the management company should be forced to tell the truth, the management staff should not tell residents and prospective residents LIES. The potholes are so large in the parking lot small dogs could swim in them.
Finish the job Paint the apartments, install the ceiling fans you advertise, replace the garbage disposal. Put light bulbs in your outdoor lighting in the breezeways. Renovations do not equal poorly painted cabinets, cheap mirrors in the bathrooms, glue down the rolled tile coming up in my dining area due to the 2nd flood in the apartment. Paint the ceiling in the dining area damaged by the 2nd flood. Clean the breezeways, it's a leaf blower. The water is not free, u r charged a portion landscaping/trash
I am writing in regards to your property at ***, ***, SC. Me and my family have lived there since August 2018. It has been problem after problem since we moved in. Maintenance doesn't fix stuff in a timely manner. There is no one ever in the office if we have an issue. Also no one picks up the phone either. We pay for pest control but we have bugs and rats everywhere. The dumpster is overflowing all over the ground. It is a health hazard. When the staff is in the office they are rude and unprofessional. I have three special needs kids with health issues and this is beyond appalling. We deserve better than this for the amount of rent we pay. Don't consider moving here. Think twice. Can't wait until our lease is up. Like how I'm going about it now?
Serious black mold issues. Causing breathing and skin problems for tennant with mold allergies.
Requested repairs and no repairs made.
Moved into the apartment august 13th 2018 mold was here when we arrived. We pay 1000 a month for rent for apartment ***.
Removal of mold and full repairs of pipes in walls. Or transfer to a different apartment. Reduce rent to 700 a month. Or ability breaking the lease any time without paying 3,000 dollars.
