Ms. [redacted] Cancelled her application after she was approved we were waiting for her unit to be completes for move in. I was told she could not wait any longer she was just going to go back home. I have attached a copy of the application that she signed, There's a paragraph that states...
our company policy on refunds. However I still refunded her deposit we just had a mix up twice on where to send the 200.00 refund to. I spoke with Ms. [redacted] today 2/27/2018 around 1:00pm.
