outcome of my work request for the repair of my AC unit. I had originally submitted a Revdex.com complaint, due to it not being fixed after approximately 3 work requests, in regards to this issue. If you would respond to my Revdex.com complaint with official resolution notification that we received a new unit, I will respond back to the Revdex.com notifying them of the positive feedback/ resolution. Let me know which route to take.
