Villas Floors

Review: Villas Hardwood Floors, installed a [redacted] cheery floor in my home on March 21,2014. This was in the foyer living room dinning room kitchen and hallway. In June 2014 the floor started to lift and buckle. I have tried to communicate with Villas Hardwood Floors by phone e-mails texted message.On July 25 [redacted] called at 7:30 pm and asked for the address because the installer was en route. He came, saw the condition of the floor. He said he would talk the owner ([redacted]) and be back on Tuesday July 29 am to fix the floor. On July 29 received the following texted message "can't talk right now, I'll call you later." Next message "I'll meet you tomorrow at 7:00 am" On July 30 received the following message. "I am in [redacted] working""I'll will stop tonight if you want" I texted back an said " OK, what time" further response. On July 31 I called again and left and left message. No response.Desired Settlement: I plan to obtain a contractor who was recommended by [redacted] was the company the flooring was purchased from.
