to her that the carpet cleaning and cleaning charges were pursuant the terms of the Lease Contract, but that I would pull the paint invoice and make any necessary adjustments. After pulling the invoice I have adjusted the paint charge to $121.45 from the original $239.72. With this adjustment being made the revised account balance owed is $2.23, in good faith I will zero out the account.
