Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The brochure that I received advertises "Private Gated Community" To me that implies "security" I disagree with their right to eliminate gates or lighting at their discretion They also advertise in brochure "hour emergency maintenance" Why would this not include replacing lightbulbs in areas of safety concerns As I stated in my "termination of lease", I considered the lease void, since they did not complete their agreements in advertised brochure I was not given nor offered any form from them to notify of my terminating lease, so how can I be expected to use one? They also advertise in brochure "24 hour emergency maintenance". Why would this not include replacing lightbulbs in areas of safety concerns. As I stated in my "termination of lease", I considered the lease void, since they did not complete their agreements in advertised brochure. I was not given nor offered any form from them to notify of my terminating lease, so how can I be expected to use one?
