I along with my wife Mrs *** *** signed up in good faith for the trial membership with Villasport on June 6,(Copy of the welcome email uploaded) in anticipation of the club opening in September per their communicationsThe opening of the club got postponed many times and eventually opened only on March 5, I and my wife could not start using the Gymn trial membership with effect from the opening date due to our preoccupation with the busy tax season (I am a CPA doing tax business)Our first day to the Gymn was on March 11th and I informed the club on March 20th regarding cancelling my trial membership and the club did not agree to refund the amount stating I was late by one day and asked me to talk to their Manager ***Since then I called the club many times, went in person to meet the manager *** and also left many voice messages for her*** was not responding to my repeated messages and called me back only after many days of my repeated calls and also goin
