Review: I place an order since march [redacted] 2013 my order number is [redacted] and I have not yet receive the two Lb bags that I ordered.I paid $654.95 after the 70% discounted paid.Eveytime I called the sales staff informs me that the bags are not in stock it will come in later this continues till July [redacted],the sales staff advice me that I could go ahead and cancel the order,which I did go ahead and cancelled the order on July [redacted] 2013,and was advice that it will take up to ten to fifteen business days for my refund to be posted into my account is now the twenty day and still didn't get my refund back,I called on August [redacted],spent over one and half hour waiting to speak to a sales staff and when she finally get on the phone,she couldn't give me a definiate answer why my refund hasn't been posted into my account yet.Desired Settlement: I just want them to refund my money back $654.95.Thanks

Review: I placed an order in March of 2013. I was informed that my items were on back order, no problem. I waited and waited for the items and never got them so I asked for a refund. Never got the refund. I contacted Viloxi AGAIN, asking for the refund. I was informed that my account was refunded and I would have the refund within 72 hours. That was weeks ago. I did not receive any merchandise and I did not receive a refund. The price was over $500.00

Review: I ordered a Louis Vuitton bag from this company in February, 2013. I have received one email from them stating that they would be delayed in fulfilling my order due to the lack of inventory for the item purchased. My credit card was charged on the date my order was place. I have sent 5 emails to this company requesting an update on the status of my order with no reply from the company. I called the customer service number 10 business days ago and was told that I would be refunded within 10 business days. I have not received the refund nor have I received the merchandise.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund in the amount of $205.95 and I want this refund processed immediately. This is not a reputable company and I would like other consumers to be aware of their misleading and fraudulent practices.

Review: I ordered a bag on Viloxi.com on 2/**/13 for an amount of $464.60. By April, I still had not received the merchandise so I called their customer service to enquire about the status of the order, I was told the delay in delivery was due to the item being out of stock and I was asked to wait a few more weeks. In May, I still had not received the merchandise. I called the merchant to get an update and I was given the same answer, so I asked them to cancel the order altogether, which they agreed to do. A week after that call, I still hadn't received a cancellation email confirmation, so I called again and I backed up my call with an email. Still no response. I've been consistently calling since June to get the charge credited back to my credit card, I was told by the merchant that the charge was credited on July [redacted], but there was a problem with the company processing the charge. After yet another call, I was told that the merchant cannot do anything and I have to file a dispute with my credit card company, except that the latter wouldn't process any claim that relates to a charge incurred more than 120 days after the disputed amount has been charged. Viloxi is defaulting on the so called processing company and they will not offer any solution despite the fact that there was a charge incurred for some merchandise not received. After the facts unfortunately, I found out on the Internet that Viloxi is well known for being a scam. I want a refund of the $464.60 charged to my credit card

Review: IN March 2012, I had ordered a designer handbag for a much reduced price, authorizing VILOXI to charge my account in the amount of $389.20. I was advised that the merchandize will be shiped and I should received in 5-7 days. I waited and waited after 2 weeks but to my dismay, no merchandize. I called Viloxi again and was told that the item they had on stock had too many scratches and asked me if I would like to wait for their next shipment. Waited and waited and was told the same excuse. I had one handbag from this company early last year with no problem or issues so I trusted that will be no problem with my second purchase.I finally decided in September to ask them to give me full refund which they agree because they do not have the item I like. I was promised that my credit card will be refunded as of Sept **, 2013. I waited for my bank statement and again to my disappointment, NO REFUND posted. I made several called to the company and was asked to wait for another week. I patienty waited for a week with no success till now.I called them again today and I was told that the credit card terminal is no longer being used and wanted me to go back to my bank and request for a reverse charge which they can not do because it has been more than 90 days.I feel that they are giving me the run around because everytime they transfer me to talk to their billing dept or escalate the issue to management, I get a voice mail which I had left several demands for a call back at least .

Review: My husband ask did I want a bag for xmas I said yes hear of this company on line, at that time they where running a special coupon 70 HOLI off the bags I placed the order online paid for the bag, they sent me a small bag when the order was made GM-I returned the bag UPS call the company again they said I have to wait for the wear house to check the product in- now its been 3 months now they have my payment but still did not send my xlarge -louie Vutton bag. When I call Viloxi they keep me on hold for 1 hr- this is not the way we treat customers- they now owe me a FREE BAG for taking my money so long and I still hav'nt received the correct order my husband choose for me as a xmas presant. I WILL NOT REFER ANY OF MY FLIGHT ATTENDANT FRIENDS TO SHOP EVER WITH THIS COMPANYDesired Settlement: I WANT MY BAG ASAP AND A LETTER OF APOLOGIES AND A COUPON FOR THE LENGTH OF TIME I HAVE WAITED
