Review: I purchased 3 items of clothing on 04/**/15 and when I subsequently arrived home I realized only 2 of these items were in my bag. Upon returning to the store to retrieve my missing item I was met with disrespect, indignance, and hostile/accusatory words on the part of both the sales rep who'd processed my original order, and the individual who presented himself as the '[redacted].' Not only was I accused of lying and attempting to scam the store by trying to get additional merchandise that they claimed I'd received, the '[redacted]' displayed service skills that are sub-par to those you would observe from an untrained animal. He did not even attempt to consider that the worker had not bagged the items as she recalled, and made an inexcusably hollow effort at looking for my item behind the counter. I waited for 15 minutes while he just sat there and upon finally deciding to leave without the merchandise I'd paid for the '[redacted]' told me he was calling the police, despite having not done so during the 15 minutes I was standing at the counter. I then waited for 20 minutes for the police to arrive, and when they did not I informed the '[redacted]' that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. He then had one of his workers place a log inside the handles of the door so that I could not leave and then demanded that I give him 'his stuff' before I left, of which he was referring to MY purchased items from the store (the 2 clothing items that had been placed in the bag.) So not only was he not going to give me my 3rd item but he was also trying to claim that despite having a receipt for my 2 items that I'd stolen those as well and wouldn't be allowed to leave without 'giving them back.' The absolute lack of regard and service on the part of the staff, particularly the '[redacted]' is beyond depravity and absolutely inexcusable. I hope that customers seriously re-consider shopping at this store in the future as the lack of respect displayed would never lead me to return to this despicable place of 'business.' He never once considered that during the time of my purchase and when I returned that one of the workers may have returned it to the floor not knowing that it had been purchased. The hostile and accusatory actions on the part of the store further suggests to me that this establishment's customer service policies are negligent, if not completely lacking and should be seriously investigated.Desired Settlement: I would like my originally purchased-and missing- item to be returned to me.
